All the News.....the 2-fer Captain Strikes Again

Zenith Instructor Chris Rundlett just started his OUPV class at Columbia Basin College (Pasco, WA) this past Monday....here's the 30 November write-up in the local paper - UPDATE: the class is full.

PASCO -- Starting Dec. 1, Columbia Basin College will offer a new class teaching desert dwellers how to be licensed maritime captains. The class is designed to give boaters the knowledge they need to pass a test for the Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels license.

Just because 2-fer knows we desert dwellers need assistance in navigating the sagebrush is why he is givin this course. Between the jackrabbits and jackelopes, someone has to know what the rules are in navigating the torents of water after a big rain out here. Signed: Legalese
